The 7-inch (170-mm) fully hardened stainless steel blade effortlessly and efficiently slices meats, cheeses, breads, fruits and vegetables from deli-thin to 1/2-inch.
The food carriage retracts fully for extra large roasts and the Euro-style cantilever design accommodates larger trays, combining the tasks of preparation and presentation. This design also permits easy access to key parts of the slicer, making clean up a breeze. The blade can be easily removed for cleaning.
